La-Z-Boy offers a standard 10-year limited warranty on most of their products, including frames, mechanisms, and springs. Electrical components, such as motors, have a 2-year warranty. Fabric and leather upholstery, as well as foam, are typically covered for 12 months. Their 10-Year Limited Warranty covers the frame, mechanisms (metal reclining/inclining parts and springs), and spring assembly (seat and rocker springs).
