Collecting your personal information

When you place an order with Your Home Furniture in store, via our website, or by  telephone, or when you register for an online account, the personal information we collect and store is primarily used to enable us to provide products and services to you. We also use your personal information for related purposes, and, where you agree, for marketing. Please see the 'How we use your personal information' section below for further details. We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

It is a purchase contract requirement that you provide your contact details, the address to which your product should be delivered and other mandatory information within the order process. This includes a credit check if and where you take out a finance agreement.

We do not conduct automated decision-making in conjunction with creating a contract of sale. Some third-party providers, where relevant, may use automated decision making, e.g. finance applications. However, customers have the right to appeal to the third-party directly.

How long we keep your information for
