The Highgrove Chatsworth Divan Bed Set is a complete bedroom package that takes the guesswork out of furnishing your room properly. It comes with everything you need in one place, a medium firm 1000 pocket spring mattress, a fabric divan base with built in storage drawers, and your choice of headboard, all finished in the same soft touch fabric so the whole set looks considered and cohesive from the moment it's assembled in your room.

Every Chatsworth Set includes:

• The Highgrove Chatsworth 1000 pocket spring mattress, medium firm with orthopaedic support, hypoallergenic fillings and built in air vents for temperature regulation through the night
• A fabric divan base in your chosen colour, upholstered in a soft touch fabric that matches your headboard throughout
• 2 built in storage drawers included as standard across every size in the range
• Your choice of strutted headboard from 16 available styles, each mounted on wooden legs that fix neatly to the back of the divan base. The legs sit completely out of sight behind the base once assembled, leaving only the headboard visible in your room

• 1000 individually pocketed springs in the mattress, each responding independently to your body shape and weight so pressure is relieved where you actually need it, keeping your spine aligned and reducing morning stiffness
• Medium firm orthopaedic support throughout, suitable for back sleepers, side sleepers and combination sleepers who need consistent support without the mattress feeling overly rigid
• 16 strutted headboard styles available including Saturn, Gemini, Orion, Brandon, Pisces, Pegasus, Luna, Hamilton, Capricorn, Pluto, Sagittarius, Langley, Nero, Cygnus, Jupiter and Libra, each mounted on wooden legs and upholstered in the same soft touch fabric as the base. The wooden legs attach to the rear of the divan base and remain completely hidden once the bed is assembled
• 6 soft touch fabric colours to choose from across the full set including Silver, Carbon, Cream, Mink, New Teal and Marine, the same fabric is used on both the base and headboard so everything matches throughout
• Built in storage drawers included as standard on every size, positioned to make practical use of the space underneath the base without adding bulk to the room

Storage Drawer Placement

The drawer configuration varies slightly depending on the size of the bed:

For double, king and super king sizes the two drawers sit at the leg end of the base, one on the left and one on the right. On the day of delivery and assembly you can choose to have them repositioned to the head end of the base instead if that works better for your room layout. Just let the delivery team know your preference on the day.

For small single and single sizes the base is narrower so the two drawers are positioned differently. One drawer sits at the leg end and one sits at the head end of the base, giving you the same storage capacity in a layout that works within the smaller footprint.

All sizes listed below are overall bed set dimensions including the divan base. Please note the bed set length is 5cm longer than the mattress size alone due to the strutted headboard attachment:

We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order.

Our prices for delivery reflect the size of product, the value of your order and the level of service you require.

We want to offer our customers the best value for money prices that we possibly can and give you the choice of collection, delivery only, or delivery and assembly.

Where possible we use our own expert delivery team, however in some instances due to logistics we may employ the use of a 3^rd party courier service.

Collection

We will place your order with our trusted manufacturer/supplier partners and arrange for delivery to our store in Newark.

We will keep you informed every step of the way and contact you when the item arrives.

You simply collect from our premises and take your item(s) home yourselves.

This is a FREE service, and many of our customers choose to do this to take advantage of the low prices this allows us to offer you – many retailers simply add the price of delivery into their products, and you are paying for delivery whether you like it or not!

Assembly/Construction

Many items are delivered from suppliers semi constructed for ease of transportation purposes.  If you require an assembly service, just let us know.

Doorstep Delivery

Larger items will be delivered to your door by our own delivery service.

Some larger and heavier items will be delivered by our Two Person delivery team to the entrance door of your dwelling and delivered over the threshold into Your Home. This service is simply a drop off into Your Home, and you will be required to assemble your purchase and remove all packaging yourselves.

This service is offered FREE for all orders to the value of £1000 and above, anywhere within the UK mainland.

Orders up to £999 in value can be delivered at the discounted rate of £39 per delivery for local shop direct orders.  From £39 for online orders.

Room of Choice Delivery

Items will be delivered by specialist carriers to a room of choice in your home.  From £39 for local shop direct orders.  From £59 for online orders.

Room of Choice and Assembly Delivery

Items will be delivered by specialist carriers to a room of choice in your home.  All assembly will be carried out by our highly trained team who will remove all packaging for you and set up your purchases to your requirements.

Online orders

Please be aware that our internet service offers a door-to-door delivery or a room of choice delivery service only.  This enables our internet prices to remain competitive for you. 

If you are ordering your product online and require an assembly service, please call us prior to placing your order to discuss your requirements.

There will be an additional charge for this service dependent on your location, access and the product being ordered.

Non UK Delivery - Online Orders

There will generally be a surcharge  of £129.00 to deliver offshore. However, dependent on the item weight and cost this can vary.  Please contact us for further information.  In any case we will contact you when placing your order to ascertain that you still wish to go ahead.

IMPORTANT - To guarantee a smooth delivery:

Please ensure that your home is prepared and accessible.

Please remove potential obstacles and any fragile or valuable objects from the delivery path.

Please ensure that when placing your order, you have made us aware of any access issues such as narrow entrance, above ground floor entrance, lifts, or stair access.

Please ensure that you measured the space intended for the product.  There will be a further charge for redelivery of items refused/not delivered due to access/size issues.

Direct Shipping

Some items are suitable for direct shipping to you and will be delivered to you by the manufacturer /supplier.

You will be notified during the order process if this is the case.

Returns and Cancellations
